Job Description CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: Tacoma WA Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Days Pay: $2,643.84/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) About the Role We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our imaging team. The CT Technologist will perform high-quality computed tomography scans to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring accuracy, safety, and patient comfort throughout the process. Key Responsibilities • Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders., • Prepare patients for CT procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns., • Position patients and select appropriate imaging protocols for optimal results., • Administer contrast agents as required and monitor for adverse reactions., • Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards for patients and staff., • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate imaging results., • Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly., • Document procedures and maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. Qualifications • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field., • Licensure/Certification: ARRT certification in Radiography and CT required; state licensure as applicable., • Experience: Previous CT experience preferred; experience in advanced imaging techniques is a plus., • Strong technical skills and attention to detail., • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
