Given our location, all employees are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Position Overview: We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) bookkeeper/accountant to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping and accounting, as 99% of our customers speak Spanish. This role is critical due to the upcoming departure of a current team member who is pursuing a career in nursing. Key Responsibilities: • Handle bookkeeping and accounting tasks efficiently., • Manage invoices, numbers, and client interactions., • Use Touchless Metals software for accounting and billing (training provided)., • Communicate effectively with our predominantly Spanish-speaking customer base., • Collaborate with a team, fostering a harmonious work environment. Qualifications: • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory., • Previous experience in bookkeeping and accounting is highly preferred., • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus., • Ability to commute to Miami (15-20 minutes away) with consideration of traffic, especially in inclement weather.
