Job Description • Represent developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and business owners in complex commercial real estate transactions., • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, financing agreements, and development-related contracts., • Structure and negotiate commercial lending, acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing transactions., • Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, land use, and regulatory reviews., • Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial negotiations through closing and post-closing matters., • Advise clients on permitting, development, title, land use, and related commercial real estate issues., • Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, finance, tax, and other practice groups on multidisciplinary transactions., • Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school., • Active New Jersey Bar admission required., • 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience., • Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, commercial lending, and financing transactions., • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills., • Ability to independently manage multiple sophisticated transactions., • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills., • New York Bar admission is a plus., • Experience with zoning, land use, title, due diligence, and development matters is preferred.
