What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership & Compliance • Develop and oversee reimbursement strategies to optimize financial performance with MDS and Medicaid Case Mix., • Ensure CMS compliance and lead MDS accuracy initiatives., • Lead multi-site teams to enhance MDS accuracy and revenue optimization., • Conduct audits and training to prevent revenue loss and ensure compliance., • Analyze MDS and reimbursement trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth., • Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and reimbursement models., • Use data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and financial improvement. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, • Must possess a valid license as a RNAC, • Must have a valid, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse, • Must have extensive working knowledge in the following: the MDS completion process, the HCS MDS Program and its functionality in the long term care environment, • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
