EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work closely with Events Manager, and other colleagues, to implement all planning, logistics, and execution of MANNA’s annual fundraising events and additional internal events and related programs. Tasks include but are not limited to:, • Assist in maintaining and updating each event’s master planner including logging tasks and tracking to-dos., • Participate in many event-related planning meetings and take notes for record-keeping purposes., • Help lead on-site support during each event to ensure successful event execution., • Assist with the setup, breakdown and cleanup of each event including but not limited to alcohol purchasing and storage, signage, tables, linens, props, disposables, serving ware, etc., • Track and record in-kind auction and raffle item donations., • Conduct excellent customer service via phone and email communications., • Contribute to miscellaneous activities as needed during event planning, execution, and wrap-up., • Assist with supporting community events (events executed by outside organizations or donors).
