Job DescriptionDescription: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Senior Service Provider (SP) Supervisor will help build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to ensure high-quality services are being provided to youth and families. They will collaborate with the Behavioral Health Services Administration Team and Service Providers to grow and implement standards and processes. The Senior SP Supervisor will be responsible for email correspondence, maintaining case documentation, and communicating upcoming deadlines to Service Providers promptly. They must be extremely organized and able to perform at a high level of accuracy. The Senior SP Supervisor must maintain appropriate professional relationships with the Behavioral Health Services Administration Team, Service Providers (SPs), families, and their Care Teams to ensure optimal care and high-quality services.
