Job Summary Provide robust day-to-day oversight, direction and coordination of HFCA, Diversion and Rapid Rehousing operations, staff, volunteers and funding streams to ensure streamlined core value implementation and outcome measure achievements. This job may include any of the responsibilities listed below: Supervision: • Provide paid staff and volunteers with the training, supervision and support they need to carry out their responsibilities in a competent and professional manner., • Provide feedback to staff, as needed, to assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal concerns, and attainment of professional goals., • Facilitate staff meetings. Operations: • Audit intake packets and client files for completeness and accuracy., • Monitor case assignments and ensure timely closure/exits., • Provide input into the development and implementation of best practices for Coordinated Entry, Diversion and RRH and oversee program manuals., • Assist in ensuring that facility and programs are following all applicable contractual, licensing, staffing, safety mandates and performance metrics., • Audit project data in HMIS for data completeness and compliance with all funding data standards. Identify and resolve any data errors and employ strategies to eliminate errors in data entry., • Oversee HFCA referrals for partner agencies and collaborate with said partners on any referral successes and challenges., • Serve in a lead role for Coordinated Entry for families by providing training, support and oversight for satellite partners., • Track the status of all RRH clients within the multiple RRH funding streams, including tracking RRH grant spend downs and forecasting RRH referrals and monies spent to ensure consistent spend downs for all RRH funding sources., • Review, approve and submit weekly subsidies and other requests for payment., • Track Diversion flexible funding sources to ensure requests are appropriate and aligned with funding spend down., • Provide next level intervention and advocacy for challenging situations that arise with RRH families and landlordsmitigate and facilitate resolution between both parties., • Oversee daily office operations to ensure the ongoing safety, cleanliness and smooth operation of the Coordinated Entry and Diversion Center, which includes conducting triaging front desk duties and conducting Diversion/HFCA assessments when short staffed., • Oversee compliance with HQS and HSS inspection standards., • Be familiar with shelter operations and procedures; Support SMS Program Coordinator and Director with operations as needed; Participate in an on-call rotation.
