Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Program managers oversee day to day operations within their residential program. The Manager primary responsibility is overseeing the delivery of services provided in the residential setting. The manager is responsible for establishing a positive, trauma sensitive, nurturing and healing culture on campus for youth served. conducts duties with self-direction and good judgment. The manager oversees budgetary and operational functions within program, including management of staff working within their program. The Team Lead acts as the shift supervisor when the supervisor is not present and assist with the management of a CHN Cottage, providing quality care and services to youth, in a therapeutic residential setting.
