Responsibilities As an HRIS Analyst for Liberty Military Housing, you will support our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring that our Workday configuration aligns with business processes and enhances user experience. This individual will be responsible for assisting in configuration, maintenance, enhancement, efficiency and effectiveness of various HR Information Systems including Workday HCM, iCIMS (ATS) and other systems. This role works closely with Payroll and HR, IT, and other departments to analyze, implement, and maintain solutions that support key HR functions, such as onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, leaves, employee data management.
