Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and strategic planning., • Analyze financial data and generate insights to inform company-wide decisions., • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance., • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on trends., • Conduct variance analyses to identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted results., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting., • Assist in the creation of ad hoc financial analyses to support special projects and initiatives., • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all reporting activities., • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost management., • Support annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning efforts., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools., • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting., • Solid understanding of variance analysis and its application in business scenarios., • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings effectively., • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
