The Restaurant at JUSTIN offers a seasonally driven tasting menu experience, featuring ingredients sourced from our 26-acre farmstead and local purveyors. With dinner service four nights a week (Thursday–Sunday), our culinary program highlights the flavors of the Central Coast, creating a memorable, world-class guest experience. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Junior Sous Chef to support dinner service and contribute to the training and development of our kitchen team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Chef de Cuisine to support day-to-day culinary operations, including service execution and special events. This position requires a strong on-the-floor presence, working directly alongside the team to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in every dish, in alignment with Michelin- and Forbes-level standards. This full-time position is based at the JUSTIN Estate: 11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles, CA. This position requires weekend availability and the ability to work late nights.
