MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and bachelor’s degree is required., • Master’s degree is required within five (5) years of hire, with continuous enrollment in a relevant graduate program documented., • Current Iowa RN license, (MercyOne Genesis - current Registered Nurse (RN) license in either Iowa or Illinois is required at the time of hire.
