Compensation: We are proud that our Assistant General Managers make a national average annual salary of $43,000 to $67,000, combining a base hourly rate of $18.50 plus uncapped commission. All Dual General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU.
