Job Summary The Treasury Management Implementation and Support Specialist is responsible for the following functions: Implementation and seamless onboarding and ongoing technical support of Treasury Management products for commercial clients ensuring that financial tools, such as internet and mobile banking, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, etc. are configured correctly to meet the client's specific business needs. Customer service for Treasury Management clients. Responsible for training and working with branch network to ensure they are trained and solving customer problems. Collaborate with customers, branches, bankers, and other key stakeholders as needed. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities • Product Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end setup of Treasury Management services (Wire Transfers, Sweeps, and Online Banking portals, etc.)., • Technical Support: Lead technical support for clients, assisting them with browser configurations, security tokens, file formatting requirements and use of the products., • Quality Assurance: Lead training with clients to ensure they understand how to make the best use of the products and comply with the products’ security protocols., • Problem Resolution: Support for complex service issues that general customer service cannot resolve., • Risk Management: Ensure all client setups adhere to regulatory requirements (BSA/AML) and internal risk policies to prevent fraud., • Product Expertise: Deep understanding of commercial banking products (ACH, Positive Pay, Lockbox, etc.)., • Provide solutions: Capable of explaining technical workflows to business., • Project Management: Ability to manage 10–15 active implementations at different stages of the lifecycle. Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred., • Professional certification preferred (or will attain within 18 months of start date), • Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management implementation., • Attention to detail: High accuracy in implementing products and system configuration., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Primarily office-based in Rochester NY office., • Travel for business development and client meetings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, training, and education.
