Job Type: Full‐time, In‐person Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm (40 hrs/week) Compensation: $19–$20 per hour, based on experience Location: 1416 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015 Job Responsibilities: Customer Service • Professionally greet and assist clients, build lasting relationships, and help attract new business., • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment by managing client quotes and orders, verifying availability, product details, pricing, and delivery schedules; handle invoicing, payment collection, order processing, shipping arrangements, and customer updates with internal and external teams., • Support customers with rebate applications, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims., • Manage scheduling, room setup, and preparations for team and client meetings., • Perform general admin tasks, such as data entry, filing, maintaining accurate records, and conducting research on products, pricing, and market trends., • Maintain a clean, professional workspace, restock supplies, assist with opening/closing as needed, and support general office maintenance., • Support warehouse operations by managing inventory and restocking, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and assisting with general maintenance and cleaning., • Coordinate deliveries and pickups, including operating large trucks as needed. Required Qualifications (MUST-HAVES): Required Credentials: • Valid CA driver’s license, clean record, and 21+ (per insurance policy)., • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., • Knowledge of Appliances, HVAC, Tankless Water Heaters, and Energy Storage Systems., • 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, wholesale, warehouse, or customer service roles., • Detail-oriented multitasker with solid time management; thrives independently and in teams., • Clear communicator with strong customer service skills and a proactive, solution‐focused approach., • Perform frequent walking and hands-on duties, regularly lifting materials up to 50 lbs., • Operate and drive large vans or trucks for local deliveries as needed. Probationary Period & Paid Sick Leave: This role includes a 90-day probationary period to evaluate performance, reliability, and team fit. Sick leave begins accruing from Day 1 but becomes available for use after the 90-day period. Unused sick leave does not carry over annually. Performance Review: Employee performance will be formally evaluated at the end of the 90-day probationary period and regularly thereafter to support growth and development.
