Position Summary The Organizational Development (OD) Manager will play a critical role in building a culture of engagement, growth, and continuous learning. This role is responsible for leading company-wide engagement survey initiatives, analyzing organizational data and insights, and translating them into actionable strategies that strengthen performance, retention, and leadership capability. In addition, the OD Manager will design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs that align with business priorities and employee growth needs. Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture • Lead the end-to-end management of employee engagement and pulse surveys, including design, administration, reporting, and action planning., • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate survey insights into meaningful improvement initiatives., • Track and communicate engagement trends across teams, functions, and regions to leadership., • Assess organizational and individual learning needs to design scalable, high-impact L&D programs., • Develop and facilitate training programs focused on leadership, communication, DEI, and performance excellence., • Curate external and internal learning resources and technologies to enhance development opportunities across the organization., • Partner with HR and business leaders on talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives., • Support organizational effectiveness projects, including team effectiveness workshops and change readiness assessments. Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field., • 5–8 years of experience in Organizational Development, L&D, or Talent Management., • Proven experience leading engagement survey programs and facilitating data-driven action planning., • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation., • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field., • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., CultureAmp, Glint, Qualtrics) and LMS tools., • Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Prosci) a plus. Compensation is dependent on experience but target range is 115-130k + bonus
