We're seeking a Residential Construction Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base by understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service. This person possesses a knowledge of residential construction, a background in sales/marketing, and strong interpersonal communication skills. They must generate enough estimates and sales volume to support the company's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships., • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets through monitored KPI's., • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts., • Collaborate with marketing, estimating, and project management teams to create customized, • proposals., • Manage leads through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software., • Participate in sales training sessions to maximize close rates and help track sales success through company KPI's., • Address client concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels., • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities., • Is personally aligned with JLV's core values and demonstrates them with intention and action, • Sales experience 5+ years, residential construction sales experience strongly preferred, • Ability to read blueprints, perform material take-offs, and discuss plans with architects, project, • managers, interior designers, etc, • Client management/relationships, • Sales planning, • Understanding the customer, • Creative services, • Ability to think outside the box to achieve the client and company's objectives, • Full Time position, • $50,000 base salary + additional commission on all sales, • Uncapped earning potential, • Medical, Dental, Vision, • Vehicle Allowance, Fuel Allowance, Cell Phone Allowance
