Position Overview The Operations Support role is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or individuals with retail experience who want to transition into operations. This position supports the Operations team by assisting with scheduling, project coordination, and data management across multiple systems to ensure seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a communication point for field representatives via email and voicemail., • Support Project Managers with scheduling, task tracking, and project execution., • Perform data entry and ensure accurate transfer of information between systems., • Assist in resolving pay discrepancies and addressing staffing needs., • Coordinate between dedicated client teams and special project requests., • Use internal software and spreadsheets to track and report project details. Qualifications • Strong communication and organizational skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable., • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset., • Prior retail or merchandising experience is helpful but not required.
