Job Description About the Role As a FiltaFry Technician, you’ll be the face of our fryer management service, visiting commercial kitchens to clean fryers, filter and replace cooking oil, and support safer, cleaner back‐of‐house operations. This is hands‐on, independent work with a consistent route, steady hours, and a company that values professionalism and reliability. What You’ll Do • Perform on‐site fryer cleaning, deep micro‐filtration, and oil replacement, • Safely handle and transport cooking oil using Filta’s specialized equipment, • Complete basic kitchen safety checks (floors, drains, slip hazards), • Interact professionally with kitchen managers and staff, • Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness, and daily service logs, • Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures, • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently, • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in warm kitchen environments, • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, • Customer‐service mindset — friendly, respectful, and professional, • Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools is a plus, • Restaurant, facilities, or route‐based service experience is helpful but not required, • Competitive hourly pay + performance incentives, • Consistent schedule with local routes, • Paid training and all equipment provided, • Opportunities for advancement as our service routes grow, • Supportive, team‐oriented environment
