Your role is to educate, guide, and help them choose the right protection plan for their needs. This is a commission-based, entry-level position with strong mentorship, leadership development, and performance-based bonus opportunities.Key Responsibilities • Contact and schedule appointments with clients who have expressed interest in insurance coverage, • Conduct virtual, phone, or in-person consultations (your choice), • Recommend tailored insurance solutions using products from top-rated carriers, • Complete and submit applications through our secure digital platform, • Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed, • Participate in ongoing virtual training and team meetings, • Stay disciplined, professional, and committed to personal and professional growthQualifications, • Active state life insurance license or willingness to obtain (we’ll guide you through the process), • Reliable computer and internet connection, • Excellent communication and people skills, • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule, • Growth-oriented mindset and a desire to help othersCompensation & Benefits, • Commission-only (no base salary), • Performance-based bonuses available during your first 90 days, • Unlimited earning potential based on effort and performance, • Flexible, remote work environment
