Corporate FP&A Department within Worldwide Finance is responsible for financial planning, reporting and projects that support financial processes across the organization. We are seeking a Finance Director to lead regional driver-based forecasting, revenue analysis, and variance tracking. This role will be pivotal in enhancing forecast accuracy, aligning regional insights with corporate models, and driving strategic financial decisions across business units. Role: • Develop and manage driver based forecast models linking operational metrics to PN, VASS, and consolidated financial outcomes., • Ensure consistency of drivers forecast methodology across forecast, budget, LRP, earnings guidance, and external reporting., • Partner with Regional and BU FP&A teams to align bottom up inputs with top down driver expectations., • Lead deep dive analysis into forecast variances, identifying root causes across drivers, mix, timing, pricing, and external factors., • Support quarterly earnings preparation, including driver bridges, sequential analysis, and external guidance support., • Translate complex driver movements into clear executive narratives for CFO, ELT, and Board audiences., • Partner the automation from Excel based forecasting to standardized, automated, and scalable models., • Consolidate and report monthly, quarterly & annual financial performance for the Hyperion system., • Provide analyses and support for quarterly earnings call and external analyst meetings., • Support decision-making processes, by providing forward-looking analysis and insights including "what if" scenario analyses., • Assist with improvements to existing reporting and forecasting process., • Support planning process, including annual budget., • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions. All About You: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred., • Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or regional capacity., • Strong analytical skills with experience in driver-based forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling., • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with Hyperion and AI forecasting tools is a plus., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges Purchase, New York: $163,000 - $269,000 USD
