Job Description Sales Development Representative Our Family Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more. Job Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outbound prospecting., • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to initiate contact with potential clients., • Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified leads., • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads for further development and closure., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in Salesforce CRM system., • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities., • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification., • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field, • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Word, • Sales minded; team-oriented, • Optimistic, high energy, and motivated, • Dependable, accountable, and detail oriented, • Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, • Medical, Dental and Vision, • Company paid Group Term Life Insurance, • 401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match), • Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidays We aim to provide our employees with a family-oriented atmosphere, where they are encouraged and motivated in a comfortable setting, while still being given the proper tools to grow within the company.
