Key Job Responsibilities This opportunity blends client relationship management, marketing execution, and strategic insight. In this position you will: • Own and manage assigned client programs by developing a strong understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and opportunities, • Create compelling digital assets and targeted content for websites, emails, promotions, and other marketing initiatives based on client objectives, • Maintain and update loyalty program websites and communication channels to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging, • Analyze campaign performance and program data to identify trends and deliver meaningful, actionable insights to clients, • Support and execute email marketing strategies, including content development, scheduling, and performance reporting, • Provide top-tier customer service to ensure a seamless experience for clients and loyalty program participants, • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred), • Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, client services, or program operations, • Creative Skills: Proficiency in Canva, or similar tools for graphic design and content creation, • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with email marketing platforms such as iContact or Constant Contact, • Soft Skills: Excellent time management, adaptability, active listening, teamwork, and a proactive, positive attitude, • Analytical Abilities: Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and turning insights into strategies, • Communication & Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • A casual, fast-paced work culture, • Opportunities for career growth and development, • Competitive compensation, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) plan, • Generous paid time off
