Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. You will be responsible for efficiently operating forklifts and handling materials to support our operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities • Operate a sit down and stand up forklift, including order picker and side loader., • Pull orders and ensure they are stocked effectively., • Put materials away in appropriate areas upon receipt., • Assemble boxes for outbound shipments., • Operate shrink wrap machines., • Use scan gun to track cycle counts., • Receive and repackage materials for shipping., • Clean shrink wrap and cardboard; mop as needed., • Perform janitorial duties.Essential Skills, • 1+ years of warehouse experience., • Strong motivation and initiative., • Ability to operate a forklift.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience working in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to use RF scanner.Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a very clean warehouse environment that supplies components for injection molding manufacturers. The facility has recently undergone an expansion, doubling in size, and operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The warehouse is equipped with the latest technology and provides a supportive work atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, Indiana. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
