The Medical Esthetician will provide advanced skin care treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience in a safe, compliant, and professional setting. Key Responsibilities • Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including (but not limited to):, • Chemical peels, • Microdermabrasion, • Hydrafacial and advanced facials, • Laser treatments (if certified), • Acne treatments and skin rejuvenation procedures, • Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans, • Educate patients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and medical-grade products, • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in accordance with medical standards, • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff, • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory protocols, • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory to clinic standards, • Support patient retention through follow-up care and treatment recommendations Qualifications & Requirements • Current State Esthetician License (required), • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting preferred, • Experience with medical-grade skincare products and devices, • Laser certification (preferred, if applicable), • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment protocols, • Excellent communication and patient service skills, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team
