Job DescriptionInventory Clerk & Forklift Operator Needed in Gardena<< INVENTORY & FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED >> Schedule: Monday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Tuesday–Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $21/hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, replenishing product locations, performing inventory transfers, and ensuring all warehouse movements are properly tracked within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMissing Inventory Investigation • Investigate and locate missing inventory within warehouse locations., • Research inventory discrepancies using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory change logs., • Resolve inventory issues accurately and efficiently.Inventory Replenishment, • Move inventory from high-level storage locations to accessible picking locations., • Ensure pickers have consistent product availability to support order fulfillment operations.Inventory Put-Away, • Accurately transport incoming inventory and inventory movements to designated warehouse locations., • Maintain organized and accurate inventory placement throughout the warehouse.Forklift Operation, • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:, • Order Selector, • Big Joe, • Cherry Picker, • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.RF Scanning & System Accuracy, • Use RF scanners to complete all inventory movements, transfers, replenishments, and put-aways., • Verify product accuracy, quantities, and destination locations before completing transfers., • Confirm all inventory transfers are successfully saved in the WMS to prevent discrepancies, inventory loss, or system errors., • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy at all times.Qualifications, • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically., • Exceptional attention to detail., • Excellent verbal communication skills., • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment., • Comfortable learning and using warehouse software and management systems.Experience Requirements, • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory management preferred., • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners., • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:, • Order Selector, • Big Joe, • Cherry Picker If you meet the above requirements, please apply and I will review your resume.
