This is a full-time position. The pay is $65,000 per year, and previous experience as a security officer is required. As a New Security Ventures Security Manager, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are one of the most important people that the residents (and their guests) interact with when they come home. Our manager works alongside the local and area leadership teams to provide the highest quality of services and support that our clients expect. Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while creating an environment of safety and comfort within their community. Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Provide general aspects of building rover services of premises and personnel by patrolling the property., • Monitoring surveillance equipment and access points., • Walking/Foot Patrols to include Parking Garage, Amenity Spaces, Lobby, exterior/interior doors, and hallways., • Control Room and CCTV monitoring., • Report and respond to noise Complaints., • Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized use of amenities., • Assist residents with any questions or concerns regarding the amenity areas., • Ensure compliance with building policies and procedures., • Conduct regular patrols of all amenity areas., • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies and fully record and report each incident., • Coordinate with building personnel to address any safety concerns., • Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents., • Create and maintain the work schedule, ensuring that all shifts are covered., • Strong observational and reporting skills., • SORA and all other required licenses and certifications must be kept current at all times during employment., • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities., • Ability to remain calm and professional in various situations., • Weekly Pay!, • Paid Training., • A long list of discounts and benefits is available to all employees., • Cellphone and other reimbursements for some applicable positions., • State-required healthcare benefits are available to qualifying employees in applicable areas., • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage available to qualifying employees in applicable areas., • Start earning generous paid time off as of your first day. #ZR Company DescriptionSince 2006, NFC has led the way as the nation's top exclusive amenity management company for residential facilities, luxury high-rise condominiums, apartments, master-planned and gated communities, as well as hotels, resorts, and spas.
