This is a true industrial electrical and controls role for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment and want broad exposure to automation. You'll work with 480V systems, PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, HMIs, robotics, instrumentation, servos, and automated production equipment while serving as a key electrical resource for Maintenance and Production. Responsibilities Troubleshoot 480V three-phase systems, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipment. Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment using I/O and ladder logic. Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI systems. Support robotics, servo drives, sensors, instrumentation, and safety circuits. Perform electrical preventive maintenance and root-cause troubleshooting. Read electrical schematics and maintain technical documentation. Partner with Production and Maintenance to safely minimize downtime. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
