You’ll play a key part in daily cash application, aging review, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit preparation. Responsibilities • Record and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, check) in NetSuite., • Reconcile daily Stripe and credit card settlement activity., • Assist with bank reconciliations related to customer deposits, daily cash activity, and AR-linked transactions., • Maintain AR aging schedules; research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and on-account credits., • Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues., • Manage B2B reconciliation with vendors on a weekly basis., • Support month-end close by reconciling the AR subledger to the general ledger., • Assist with intercompany receivable reconciliations., • Maintain a strong understanding of assigned general ledger areas., • Support monthly and year-end close by gathering documentation and organizing files., • Track renewals, business permits, licenses, and trademarks assigned., • Identify and recommend process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency., • Support financial statement audits, prepare schedules, and compile audit support., • Complete special projects as needed Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration., • Familiarity with GAAP; knowledge of IFRS is a plus., • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred., • Strong mathematical and analytical skills., • Exceptional attention to detail., • Demonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)., • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
