This individual should have a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience + minimum 2 years of field experience in Heavy Civil Construction, specifically with roadways and bridges. The person in this role should also be knowledgeable in contract delivery methods: design-build, design-bid-build, Lump Sum, etc., and contract experience with: FLDOT/turnpike, cities/counties, airport authority. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Administrative and Revenue Cycle IT Applications team to support system implementation initiatives across key operational workflows.
