Location: United States (New York preferred). Primarily remote with regular in-person travel for content shoots, brand activations, retail events, trade shows, and team collaboration. Reports to: Head of US Marketing Level: Associate Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager, depending on experience ABOUT GYMKHANA FINE FOODS Gymkhana Fine Foods brings the exceptional flavours of the two-Michelin-star Gymkhana restaurant in Mayfair, London, to the home kitchen, redefining Indian cooking with a premium pantry collection of sauces, marinades, and chutneys. Over the past decade, Gymkhana has reshaped how the UK experiences Indian cuisine, maintaining its Michelin star and earning a second in 2024. Now, with the flagship restaurant set to open in Las Vegas, we’re building on that momentum to bring the taste of Gymkhana to kitchens across America. Backed by CAVU, world-class food & beverage investors, and following standout success in the UK (Whole Foods Market, Waitrose, Selfridges, and DTC), we are launching in the US across DTC and retail. THE ROLE This is a foundational role on a small, ambitious team launching one of the UK’s most celebrated hospitality brands in the US. As Gymkhana Fine Foods enters the American market — and as the flagship Gymkhana restaurant prepares to open in Las Vegas — we’re looking for a social and influencer marketer to define how the brand shows up here from day one. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of social, influencer, and content for the US — owning the editorial calendar, building our creator program from the ground up, and shaping the moments that introduce a Michelin-starred restaurant brand to home cooks across America. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Head of US Marketing, the JKS Restaurant Group team in the UK, and our wider marketing partners to ensure every post, partnership, and piece of content meets the standard of a premium hospitality brand. This role is hands-on. You should be as comfortable cutting together a Reel or TikTok yourself as you are scoping a full content shoot, building a shot list, briefing an agency, or running an influencer program end-to-end. You’ll capture on the fly at events and activations, and bring an instinct for what makes premium hospitality content feel aspirational without ever feeling stiff. You’ll also be a key contributor across the broader US marketing program — supporting trade shows, retail activations, and experiential moments alongside the wider team. This role requires a dynamic schedule with regular in-person travel and close coordination across US and UK time zones. This role is for someone who lives and breathes high-end hospitality and premium brands — who follows the chefs, restaurants, and creators shaping food culture, and who wants to help build the next great hospitality-led brand in America. ABOUT YOU • 3–6 years of experience in social media, influencer, or brand marketing — ideally within high-end hospitality, restaurants, premium food and beverage, or luxury lifestyle brands. (Level will be set at Associate Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager based on experience.), • A deep love of high-end hospitality and premium brands — you follow the chefs, restaurants, hotels, and creators shaping food and lifestyle culture, and you have strong instincts for what makes a premium brand feel premium., • Demonstrated experience owning a social editorial calendar and managing day-to-day community engagement for a brand., • Hands-on experience sourcing, briefing, negotiating, and managing influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end — with a feel for what makes a great creator fit., • Strong content instinct: you can shoot quick-turn social content on your phone and cut together Reels and TikToks in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools., • Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage editorial calendars, shoot logistics, and approvals across multiple senior stakeholders without dropping the ball., • Experience working with agency partners and freelance creators (briefing, traffic, feedback, timelines) and getting the best out of them., • Analytical mindset with experience reporting on social and influencer performance, and translating insight into action., • Comfortable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where the brand is being built in real time, and at ease working across US/UK time zones. WHY US? This is a rare, foundational opportunity to help build a high-end hospitality brand at the moment it enters a new market. You’ll join a small, ambitious team bringing one of the world’s most celebrated Indian restaurants — and the broader JKS Restaurant Group ethos — into American kitchens, alongside the launch of the flagship Gymkhana restaurant in Las Vegas. You’ll have a real seat at the table in shaping how the brand shows up in the US — from social and influencer to the cultural moments that define a premium brand. You’ll gain exposure to every facet of building a premium food and hospitality brand: retail, ecommerce, partnerships, events, and cultural storytelling, working closely with leadership across the US and UK. • If you love high-end hospitality, premium brands, and the idea of building something foundational rather than maintaining something established — this is the one.
