Minimum Qualifications: * Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), with New York State license (LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT) is required. * Demonstrated record of excellence in providing direct mental health treatment in a licensed clinic setting. * At least two (2) years professional mental health clinical experience. * At least one (1) year providing clinical supervision to students and/or clinical staff a plus. * Knowledge of New York State mental health regulations: Familiarity with state-specific regulations and compliance requirements. * Familiarity with WNY community and continuum of human services (health, behavioral health, social services, etc) systems, organizations and resources. * Cultural competency: Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural sensitivity. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Exceptional ability to communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. * Fluent in various computer applications (Word, Excel), electronic database systems, and electronic health records; experience with EMR systems a plus. * Previous supervisory experience a plus.
