Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered Outpatient Clinician with experience supporting Families and Couples to join our inclusive team. This is a full-time, fee-for-service position with opportunities for bonuses reporting to the Clinical Director. In this role, you will provide affirming, evidence-based mental health care to couples, families, and individuals navigating relational challenges. Compensation & Benefits That Stand Out • Competitive Pay ranges based on experience: $54-59/hour, • Guaranteed pay model; clinicians are paid biweekly regardless of client or insurance payout, • Paid Time Off, • Bonus opportunities available, • Paid administrative time, • Free individual, group supervision, and risk consultation support, • CEU reimbursement & stipend to cover exam fees, • 401k with up to 4% match, • Comprehensive health & dental insurance, • Long-term disability & life insurance, • Liability and malpractice insurance, • Paid orientation, • Annual Loyalty and Retention Bonus, • Supplies:toys, art supplies, games, books, fidgets, • Billing & claims, • Marketing, advertising and building your personal brand, • Insurance credentialing, • Referrals to build your caseload Key Responsibilities • Provide client-centered and culturally responsive therapy to couples, families, and individuals, • Engage all family members or partners in treatment planning and psychoeducation, • Conduct biopsychosocial and relational assessments and create individualized treatment plans, • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to relational and family dynamics, • Support clients in resolving conflict, improving communication, and strengthening relationships, • Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization, • Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation, • Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers as needed for family-centered care Required: • Experience providing therapy to couples, families, or individuals, • Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions, • Knowledge of family systems, couples dynamics, and developmental considerations, • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, • Training or certification in couples or family therapy modalities (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, CBT for couples/families, IFS, DBT), • Experience working with diverse family structures and dynamics, • Paths to professional growth, • Specialized training opportunities (CBT, DBT, IFS, Family Therapy & more), • A collaborative team where your voice matters, • Work-life balance valued as much as clinical excellence Valuing Diversity Verge Therapy is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
