Glass Handling Specialists operate material handling equipment to select, stock, and organize product as well as hand-handle materials to stage at appropriate load sites. Glass Handling Specialists are responsible for timely and accurately selecting and stocking product to best achieve key performance indicators, directly impacting our customer service oriented goals. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Select incoming pick tickets according using RFID technology to accurately fulfill customer orders., • Prepares, packs, and scans (as appropriate), and stages products for transfer and customer pick-up and delivery in accordance with established standards., • Quickly and accurately receive, process and store incoming auto glass product shipments., • Ensures shipments are inspected and damages or shortages are documented and recorded. Job Description Wylander, a recruiting company for the Construction and Restoration Services, is recruiting a Senior Business Development Representative for a full-service Construction and Restoration Services company located in Tacoma, WA. Compensation and Benefits: • Salary: $65K-$75K (DOE), plus commission, • Eligible for Bonus, • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, • 401K, plus company match, • Company vehicle, • PTO/Paid Holidays The Business Development Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving lead generation, managing strategic relationships, and overseeing the entire Business Development Department. This individual will have a seat on the leadership team, contribute to company-wide strategy, and lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) all business development team members. The ultimate goal of this position is to consistently generate the targeted number of leads required for the company to meet its sales and revenue objectives. This individual will develop and maintain high-value referral relationships, engage in strategic business development activities, and execute plans to expand the company's reach and reputation in the restoration industry. Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) all business development team members, ensuring they meet individual and team objectives, • Build, train, and scale a high-performing business development team that delivers measurable results., • Develop and implement clear sales processes, reporting structures, and KPIs to track success and ensure alignment with company goals, • Serve as a key voice on the leadership team, contributing strategic insights and solutions to company-wide challenges., • Own the company's lead generation strategy—ensuring that the business receives the targeted number of leads on a consistent and predictable basis, • Identify, cultivate, and nurture relationships with key referral partners, including plumbers, insurance agents, public adjusters, property managers, and general contractors, • Conduct business development presentations and industry events to attract new referral partners and expand relationships with existing partners, • Develop Emergency Restoration Plans (ERPs) for larger commercial accounts to establish long-term, high-value relationships., • Strategically solicit and secure larger loss opportunities, ensuring the business maximizes high-margin projects, • Personally manage and maintain top-tier referral accounts to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads, • Develop, oversee, and execute relationship-building activities such as networking events and relationship building events, • Implement a structured account management plan to track engagement, referral activity, and ongoing relationship development with referral sources., • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development and lead generation, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals, • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on business development performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities, • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall strategy., • Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management on the status of accounts, • Opportunities for growth and potential to oversee sales staff, • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community, • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner, • Attend weekly sales meetings, • Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc., • Maintain customer contact database, • Make group presentations to prospect organizations, • 3+ years proven sales experience in a business development role, preferably outside sales, • Preferred to have Industry knowledge, • Results-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to multitask with a sense of urgency to make things happen, • Ideal candidate will have a proven track record and an existing book of business, • Proven ability in creating and maintaining relationships with teammates and clients a must, • Strong communication, problem solving, and negotiations skills, • Self-motivated, trustworthy, confident, and organized Keywords: Restoration Services Business Development, office management, sales #P2IND
