About the Position This role ensures that all new processes, procedures, and improvements designed by QMS are implemented effectively and consistently. You will lead training sessions, coach teams, follow up on adoption, and ensure compliance across the organization. Additionally, this role manages onboarding, internal/external training records, and employee certification tracking. This is a role for someone energetic, articulate, patient, and structured—someone who can teach well, implement well, and follow up relentlessly. Key Responsibilities * Train teams on new processes, workflows, and operational standards. * Implement new procedures across departments, ensuring adoption. * Create training materials (presentations, guides, videos, visual aids). * Lead interactive and dynamic training sessions. * Track training attendance, completion, and follow-up actions. * Support onboarding for new employees. * Manage training calendars, certifications, and compliance records. * Provide feedback to the QMS team on adoption gaps. * Maintain digital organization on Microsoft 365. Qualifications Technical * Experience in training, implementation, onboarding, or similar roles. * Strong presentation and communication skills. * Comfort with M365 and digital content creation. * Ability to simplify and teach complex topics. Soft Skills * Dynamic, energetic, and engaging. * Organized and meticulous with follow-up. * Proactive and responsible. * Creative and adaptable. * Results-driven and persistent.
