Job Description SHIFT MANAGER The Shift Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. They work directly with team members and operate shifts in a restaurant. As a Shift Manager, there are multiple levels of responsibility and development. Progression through these levels is based on demonstrated skills, experience, and operational knowledge. All levels require full certification in the position (completion of Shift Leader (SL) training path and ServSafe certification). Responsibilities: • Monitor and assess patient condition in the ICU environment., • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed., • Respond promptly to changes in patient status., • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation., • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals., • At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience within the past 3 years., • Graduate of an accredited nursing program., • Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of Oregon., • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification., • Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field., • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience., • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification., • Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
