This individual will be responsible for photography, videography, editing, managing the social media channels and tracking KPI’s and metrics. Key skills include strong communication, content creation, audience instincts, team player and a deep understanding of all social media platforms. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven—able to manage a schedule independently without micromanagement. The Talent Manager will oversee relationships with creators and brands, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, pitching and securing brand deals, developing influencer strategies, managing campaign execution from start to finish, and maintaining ongoing reports and KPIs.
