POSITION OVERVIEW The Navigator provides support to youth and families in collaboration with other service providers to increase resiliency, recovery and reduce systemic inequities a youth may face. The Navigator focuses on connecting youth and family members to resources such as academic support, employment, housing, enrichment, mental health services among others bridging service gaps with other EBAC services and providing spaces for youth empowerment.
