Primary Purpose: The National Account Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling white space distribution opportunities across emerging and under penetrated growth channels (e.g., College Campus, Home Improvement, DIY, Sporting Goods). This role serves as the primary commercial lead, partnering with distributors, wholesalers, brokers, and retail customers to expand Swisher’s presence, accelerate distribution, and unlock incremental growth across targeted channels and product portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Own the commercial strategy and execution for assigned growth channels, driving distribution expansion, sales performance, and profitable growth across key accounts. Lead day‑to‑day account management across distributor, wholesale, broker, and retailer partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, execution priorities, and performance expectations. Identify and prioritize white‑space opportunities by channel, customer, and product, translating insights into actionable distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans. Maximize sales volume, revenue, and profitability through data‑driven selling, customer‑specific pricing and promotional strategies, and disciplined trade investment management. Partner with customers on category management and assortment strategies, delivering insights‑based business reviews that strengthen Swisher’s role as a value‑added category partner. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain to execute store resets, launches, and in‑store programs, ensuring consistent and effective execution. Develop and present customized annual and quarterly business plans that align Swisher’s growth priorities with customer objectives and channel dynamics. Represent Swisher at national and regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to build relationships, prospect new opportunities, and advance channel expansion. Monitor performance, execution quality, and market feedback, proactively adjusting plans to address gaps and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. The Strategic Account Executive, Food Service is a relationship-driven, consultative role responsible for owning a portfolio of named enterprise Food Service customers and driving long-term growth, expansion, and product adoption. Job Description Oversees daily operations of the JCC amenities and ensures that they are operating properly for the use of our JCC members. Greet members using the second-floor wing of Fitness and Wellness and aide in any questions or services the member may need. Flexibility in availability as needed, including early AM, PM, and weekends on a rotating basis. RESPONSIBILITES: • Provide superior customer service to both Private Locker Room members and JCC members alike., • Maintain records and statistics with respect to the JCC amenities (i.e.: usage levels, equipment maintenance records, staff work schedules, whirlpool chemical logs, etc.), • Maintain and implement all Covid-19 Safety protocols (wipe down high touch areas regularly, monitor as able, distancing guidelines and mask requirements)., • Ensure that all COVID-19 protocols are adhered to at all times including facility capacity limits on the amenities (showers, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room)., • Oversee the daily operations of the JCC Private Locker Room (men’s and women’s) including towel supplies, hydration station, amenities, cleanliness, and water testing., • Responsible for notifying the Membership Director when supplies and equipment are needed., • Greet and maintain ongoing communication with all members of the JCC entering via the second floor., • Assist with monitoring the JFit Studio and Wellness Studio., • Monitor Fitness and Wellness access via the second-floor access point located by the spa., • Welcome and assist members/visitors with appointments for Massage and Chiropractic., • Along with Membership Management staff, maintain equipment and facilities including, chemical testing, whirlpool cleanliness (drain, clean and refill), Steam Room maintenance, Sauna Maintenance, and overall facility cleanliness. • Maintain amenities including soaps, hydration station, fruit etc., and track inventory and alert Sodexo/Membership Management staff of needed supplies., • Report unclean conditions, safety hazards and malfunctioning equipment to Management. and Sodexo Management., • Assist in the promotion of agency wide programs to ensure the productive, effective, and efficient operation of the Agency., • Consistently review all happenings within the JCC so that you can share important information with our membership., • Additional responsibilities may be added periodically based upon the needs of the Membership Department and of the Katz JCC., • It is essential that all staff participate in a variety of agency wide activities.
