Summary/Primary Role: This role coordinates with vendors on equipment specifications, ensuring alignment with project schedules, customer needs, and best practices for electrical systems. The role includes tracking equipment delivery schedules, managing POs and deposits, and conducting engineering coordination calls to update procurement progress. This role involves using Procore software to manage and process project commitments, change orders, credit change orders, and subcontractor agreements. This position does not have supervisory responsibility. Expected Hours of Work: An Employee is expected to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws, while exempt employees may be required to work additional hours as necessary to fulfill their job responsibilities. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days remote). About your team: Interactive Brokers (IBKR) is seeking a Platform Engineer – Support to join our Information Technology team. This role provides first-level technical support for Microsoft Windows platforms across the organization. You will assist business and development end-users via phone, email, and a centralized ticketing system to resolve or escalate IT issues. This position requires strong technical knowledge, polished communication skills, and a high sense of urgency.
