Job DescriptionSalary: DOE The Therapist's primary responsibilities will include conducting individual therapy sessions, clinical evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention and caseload management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides evidenced based interventions based on patient response to treatment., • Assess clients needs, abilities and behavior using a variety of methods including interviews and direct observation., • Works collaboratively with the patient and the clinical team to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses priority needs of the patient, desired treatment outcomes, an agreed upon plan of action, and reassessment., • Maintains patient records related to screening, intake, treatment, continuing care, progress toward goals and objectives, discharge summary, and treatment outcomes that are accurate, concise, timely, and useful for coordinating treatment team planning, monitoring, and review., • Provides evidenced based interventions based on patient response to treatment., • Conducts individual and/or family psychotherapy according to treatment plan of care., • Participates in treatment team meetings and makes recommendations as appropriate., • Develops and maintains good rapport with client, family, clinical staff, other departments, and visitors as well as outside referral sources and physicians., • Maintains the highest level of professionalism and is customer service focused at all times., • Actively works to build client caseload., • Serves as a resource to outpatient centers and makes referrals to outside agencies when appropriate., • Displays concern and initiative. Is resourceful and calm in emergencies., • Seeks guidance and remains knowledgeable of, and complies with, all applicable federal and state laws, as well as company policies that apply to assigned duties., • Complies with company expectations regarding ethical behavior and standards of conduct., • Other duties as assigned.
