We design and implement models of adoption that identify actionable strategies for accelerating decarbonization, while supporting startups with tailored resources, customer and capital partner connections, and non-dilutive funding to drive deployments. Our energy storage practice includes multiple programs, including the Energy Storage Deployment Accelerator currently in progress, the Energy Storage Capital Challenge completed in 2025, and a new deployment-focused program launching in 2026. About the Role The Energy Storage Program Associate Manager will collaborate with the Program Director and The Clean Fight team to design, manage and execute core programming across current and future initiatives. The salary band for this role is $89,665 - $127,524 *based on NYC cost of labor and adjusted for candidates in different geographic regions. Within this range, our competitive, non-negotiable salary offer will be based on a candidate’s relevant experience and credentials, role-related competencies assessed through our robust hiring process, and geographic location.
