Job DescriptionSchedule Available: - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday- Must be available to work weekends and on-call as needed - Position is located in Stanton and Irvine Momentum is hiring a Direct Support Professional II (DSP II) to provide support to adults with disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional II (DSP II), you will be responsible for the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) that will lead to or continue to promote independence and personal skills, well assisting in providing a safe and secure home environment for persons supported in Momentum’s Independent and Community Living Services program.
