Job DescriptionElectrician – Commercial & Industrial Location: Mesa, Arizona Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (optional Friday overtime) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team and support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This position plays a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and operational standards. You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing production and facility improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems within large commercial or industrial facilities., • Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to quickly resolve electrical and HVAC-related issues., • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant installations., • Coordinate daily with leadership, engineers, and other trades to align electrical work with project goals., • Maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and organization., • Develop, promote, and adhere to safety protocols to reduce risk and maintain compliance., • Support lean manufacturing practices and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.Essential Skills & Experience, • Journeyman-level experience with strong electrical and HVAC troubleshooting abilities., • Proficiency in conduit bending, control panels, low-voltage systems (10–20 WAT), and electrical terminations., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams., • Comprehensive understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices., • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team., • Effective communication and organizational skills.Additional Qualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational electrical training preferred., • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical installation and repair experience.Why Join Us, • Competitive compensation package, • Comprehensive health insurance, • 401(k) plan, • Paid time off, • Modern, air‑conditioned facility equipped with Industry 4.0 technology, • On-site electric vehicle charging stations, • Inclusive, diversity-friendly workplace culture, • Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth, • Be part of a company focused on sustainability and green industry innovationWork Environment & Physical Requirements, • Safe, clean, and modern facility located in Mesa, AZ, • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs, • Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing portable ladders, • Requires use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
