Job DescriptionJob Title: Logistics Associate– Wholesale Parts Division Department: Wholesale Parts Location: Healey Brothers Ford/Lincoln Reports To: Wholesale Parts Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Logistics Associate supports the Healey Brothers Ford/Lincoln Wholesale Parts Division by managing the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of OEM parts. This role is geared toward candidates with 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or automotive parts handling. Responsibilities include assisting in coordinating delivery routes, organizing inventory, supporting warehouse workflow, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for wholesale customers. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Delivery Coordination * Assist with preparing, staging, and verifying daily outbound wholesale orders. * Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently; ensure parts are protected and properly secured. * Support delivery route planning and communicate schedule updates to drivers and internal teams. * Create basic shipping documents such as labels, packing slips, and return tags. Warehouse & Inventory Operations * Receive and stock incoming parts from Ford/Lincoln distribution centers. * Ensure parts are stored in the correct bin locations and maintain proper labeling. * Assist with daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory accuracy tasks. * Help manage warranty returns, cores, and defective part processing. Customer & Internal Support * Communicate order status, delivery ETA, and any delays to wholesale customers and internal staff. * Assist counter specialists with parts lookups, availability checks, and order pulls. * Provide professional and friendly service when interacting with dealership teams and external accounts. Operational Efficiency & Safety * Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and warehouse safety procedures. * Identify potential process improvements in warehouse flow, stocking, or routing. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. * Use dealership systems (CDK) to track orders and inventory. QualificationsRequired: * 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, delivery, or automotive parts. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment; ability to lift 40–50 lbs. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred: * Experience in an automotive dealership or OEM parts environment. * Knowledge of Ford/Lincoln parts catalog systems (Microcat, FMCDealer) * Forklift experience or certification (training may be provided).
