Job DescriptionPosition Description: TEMPORARY POSITION to assist with liquidation / closing of the store, targeting closure in the next 30-60 days. Positions needed: Supervisor / Keyholder What Youll Do: Perform store opening and closing duties such as, but not limited to: unlocking/locking the building before/after store hours, preparing/closing cash registers, disarming/setting the alarm, ensuring the store is in a neat, tidy, and safe manner. Supervise and lead a team of associates Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Knowledgeably communicate information about current promotions and discounts. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Assist with restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays to showcase merchandise effectively. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout. Monitor and report on inventory levels to support stock replenishment efforts. Help customers find products. Update store signage as necessary based on publish company direction. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Thank customers for shopping with us and invite them back to shop future discounts.
