Full Time About the Role Nassau Candy is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to turn marketing data into actionable insights that drive online growth. In this role, youβll analyze performance across our B2B eCommerce site, email, SEO, and paid media programs β helping shape strategy, improve user experience, and guide investment decisions. Youβll collaborate across marketing, merchandising, sales, and web development teams to ensure every digital initiative is optimized for engagement, efficiency, and conversion. ???? What Youβll Do???? Analytics & Reporting * Monitor website, email, and paid media performance using GA4, Klaviyo, and SEMrush * Build weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting key KPIs and performance trends * Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for sales and marketing teams ???? Website & UX Insights * Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and conversion paths to identify friction points * Partner with developers to test and implement site improvements * Track homepage, landing page, and campaign performance to inform content and merchandising priorities ???? Email & CRM Performance (Klaviyo) * Evaluate campaign and automation performance β open, click, and conversion rates * Conduct A/B testing to improve deliverability and engagement * Report on lifecycle performance and segmentation effectiveness ???? Paid Media Optimization * Partner with the marketing agency and Google reps to analyze CPC, conversion rate, and ROI * Recommend budget reallocations and keyword adjustments based on performance insights ???? SEO & Organic Growth * Conduct keyword and content audits using SEMrush and GA4 * Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility and improve on-page SEO * Monitor and report on ranking shifts and traffic attribution β¨ What Weβre Looking For * 3β5 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing performance, or eCommerce analysis (B2B preferred) * Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, SEMrush, and Excel * Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, CRO, and attribution modeling * Strong analytical mindset β able to interpret data and present clear insights * Collaborative communicator comfortable working across teams
