About the Role:We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data analytics team. In this role, you’ll help transform data into actionable insights that shape strategy and decision-making across the company. While this position supports multiple business areas, including product, finance, trading, and compliance, approximately 70–80% of your focus will be on marketing and growth analytics. You’ll analyze user acquisition, retention, CRM, and campaign performance across our key product lines: Fantasy, Arcade, Social Sportsbook, and Casino. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to uncover drivers of engagement, optimize user value, and guide investment decisions through data-backed insights and predictive modeling.
