What's in it for you: • Growth opportunities to uplevel your career, • A people-centric culture embracing and celebrating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences within our team, • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits focused on well-being, • An opportunity to shape the future of health care by joining a team recognized as a Best Place to Work for and one of the Best Companies to Work For in New York Qualifications you'll bring: • A Bachelor's or Master's in business, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field is preferred., • The availability to work full-time, virtually in New York State, in office as needed., • 5+ years of experience in governance and literacy programs., • 2 years focused on AI/ML governance and literacy programs is preferred., • Demonstrated experience creating policies/standards, running literacy programs and coordinating communication activities., • Strong instructional design and change management skills; proven ability to ship training at scale and measure impact., • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth, • Humility to play as a team, • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Your key responsibilities: • Assist with defining the AI governance strategy (principles, scope, roles, decision rights) and a federated operating model with central guardrails and domain ownership., • Assist the AI Center of Excellence; maintain SharePoint site, meeting cadence, and meeting/agenda coordination., • Help build an AI risk taxonomy and tiering scheme (by use case sensitivity, data classification, and potential impact)., • Draft and maintain AI policies, Responsible AI standards, and SOPs covering data sourcing, model development, evaluation, deployment, usage, monitoring, and retirement., • Work with Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, and ERM to integrate AI risks into enterprise frameworks., • Design and deploy a multi-tiered curriculum: foundational AI literacy, responsible use guidelines, role-based practices, developer practitioner tracks, leader decision making., • Produce learning assets (Workshops, videos, templates, examples, office hours, sandbox labs) and a badging/certification scheme., • Partner with HR/L&D to embed AI competencies into job architectures, performance goals, and onboarding programs., • Drive adoption campaigns and communications; measure skill gains and behavior change through pre/post assessments and production usage analytics., • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
