Our Site Superintendent Intern will work out of our West Division, located in Northern California with travel. This position will have the opportunity to take part in the on-site development of projects and day-to-day project progress. Solid decision-making skills are a must. Ideal candidate would reside in Northern California and willing to travel to project sites for a week at a time. Site Superintendent Responsibilities • Review the SitelogIQ Project Safety Manual and program and implement as required on the assigned projects., • Walk site(s) daily to enforce safety and quality control guidelines are being followed., • Document “Catching Safety” opportunities in Procore., • Validate progress (in Procore) from contractor’s installation schedules from demo to completion., • Build a positive relationship with the Owner(s) of projects assigned., • Ensure projects are within project plan & specification scope., • Maintain up to date records of the projects during throughout the project(s) life cycle, within Procore., • Review monthly red line as-builts of each subcontractor and take the lead to acquire red line as-builts at the end of the project from all subcontractors., • Support and assist team members in throughout Project(s) life cycle: development/bidding, design, implementation, commissioning, and warranty phases., • Outstanding detail oriented and time management skills., • Availability for traveling on-site for duties or supervision as required which may require time afterhours or weekends., • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds, and must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
